Abstract:
This X-ray computed tomography (CT) device 1 makes it possible for even unskilled personnel to decide, with a high degree of precision, on a specific transverse image and CT imaging conditions under which that transverse image is centered because determinations are made on the basis of a group of transverse images resulting from provisional CT imaging when CT imaging is performed while a state in which the rotational axis Ax and the illumination axis (optical axis) intersect at an angle is maintained. Moreover, because the main imaging is performed by narrowing to the target field of view from the provisional CT imaging, CT imaging can be performed without the desired viewing portion leaving the field of view. As a result, the operator can perform CT imaging without repeated trials and errors in which CT imaging is performed while changing the CT imaging conditions, and CT imaging can be performed efficiently without proficiency being required.
