Abstract:
A spiral flexible shaft and a spiral material conveyor. The spiral flexible shaft comprises a thick steel wire rope flexible shaft (1) and a spiral blade (2) disposed on the thick steel wire rope flexible shaft (1). The spiral material conveyor uses the spiral flexible shaft as a spiral machine core. A housing (4) of the conveyor can be configured to be of a non-linear structure, and comprises a turning section (41) and housing segments (42), wherein the turning section (41) and the housing segments (42) are connected by means of nylon bearing shell connector components. The spiral shaft for conveying materials can be achieved using only one spiral flexible shaft, and has no connectors in the middle, and therefore, the spiral shaft can achieve remote and multi-turn conveying.
