Abstract:
The present invention relates to a spiral pipe processing apparatus and, more particularly, to a spiral pipe processing apparatus for processing a spiral for a pipe within a predetermined gap, which: batch automates an input unit, a processing unit, and an output unit so as to efficiently manufacture a spiral pipe having a spiral groove having a uniform lead angle; automates the overall process from feed-in to feed-out in order to promote efficiency in the manufacturing process, minimize defective products, and promote the speed and economy of work; and automatically batch processes everything from the feeding in of a pipe to be processed, to processing, to feed-out, so as to simplify the work process and thus prevent accidents, significantly reduce the incidence of defects resulting from existing methods to thus improve product safety and reliability, and increase work efficiency within a short time even with less manpower.
