Abstract:
A spirometer (100), a mouthpiece tube (600), and a measurement method using same. The spirometer (100) at least comprises the mouthpiece tube (600) and an ultrasonic wave detection device (120) capable of detecting ultrasonic waves generated when a gas flows through the mouthpiece tube (600), wherein the mouthpiece tube (600) has a housing (610) and an ultrasonic wave generation device (620) that can be placed at different positions of the housing (610) under different situations, respectively; one end of the housing (610) is an opening end. By placing the ultrasonic wave generation device (620) at different positions of the housing (610) respectively during exhalation and inhalation, gas flows during exhalation and inhalation can be converted into an ultrasonic signal for measurement and analysis.
