Abstract:
A spliced flexible thick film exothermic cloth, comprising a control unit (4) and more than two thick film exothermic cloth units (1). The thick film exothermic cloth unit (1) comprises at least one flexible substrate layer (101); a thick film exothermic circuit (102) arranged in a fold-back or tiled pattern is attached on the flexible substrate layer (101); the thick film exothermic circuit (102) is provided with a power connection terminal (1021); the thick film exothermic cloth units (1) are spliced into one in a detachable manner through an attachment device; the power connection terminal (1021) is connected to the control module (4); and the control module (4) is provided with a power supply interface (403). Compared to the prior art, with regard to the spliced flexible thick film exothermic cloth, the number of thick film exothermic cloth units (1) can be selected according to practical needs, so as to satisfy the requirement of warmth; and the spliced flexible thick film exothermic cloth can be applied to objects with different types of area. The problems in the existing products of low versatility and being difficult to fabricate are solved. Electro-thermal products made of the exothermic cloth are not influenced by their shapes, have a wide range of application, and good usage experience.
