Abstract:
A splicing pipe for a comprehensive bamboo composite pipe gallery. A pipe body of the pipe comprises a liner layer, a structural layer, and an outer protective layer that are successively provided from inside to outside along a radial direction; the liner layer is formed by stacking a bamboo fiber nonwoven fabric layer, a knitted felt layer, and a mesh cloth layer that are successively wound to be layers; the bamboo fiber nonwoven fabric layer is formed by spirally winding a pipe gallery die with multiple layers of bamboo fiber nonwoven fabric impregnated with a fire retardant resin along the axial direction of the pipe body; the mesh cloth layer is formed by spirally winding the knitted felt layer with multiple layers of mesh cloth impregnated with the fire retardant resin along the axial direction.
