Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of split-body scraper pumps. Disclosed is a split-body scraper pump capable of aiding motor operation, and comprising a first pump body, a second pump body, a mounting plate, and a motor. The motor is connected to the mounting plate, the first pump body is connected to the second pump body, a transmission mechanism is provided between the first pump body and the second pump body, outer walls of the first pump body and of the second pump body are provided with a protection mechanism and a clamping mechanism, and the first pump body and the second pump body form a main pump body. The transmission mechanism comprises a shaft, an oil outlet, an oil inlet, a mounting block, pump vanes, clamping blocks, a sliding cavity and a sealing strip. By means of the split-body scraper pump capable of aiding motor operation provided in the present invention, a liquid can be transmitted, and compared with a common scraper pump, the scraper pump provided in the present invention has such advantages as being able to replace the vanes that are in the interior, being able to facilitate daily disassembly and maintenance of the scraper pump, and also being able to protect the interior, preventing the internal pressure from becoming too great.
