Abstract:
The present invention provides a split helical spring washer for introducing pure axial force, the spring washer being capable of effectively preventing fastening force from being released by restraining rotating force when a nut is fastened in a state in which the washer is fitted onto a bolt and by only introducing the pure axial force. According to one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the spring washer, which is compressed by the fastening force of the nut and the bolt after the washer is fitted onto the bolt, comprises a body, which has a square cross section having a predetermined height and width and is wound once in a helical shape at a predetermined rotational radius so as to have a predetermined pitch, and of which both end portions are split, wherein the body has a lower cut cross section of one end portion thereof and an upper cross section of the other end portion thereof, which are respectively split, inclined at the same cutting angles forming alternate angles to each other, and has axial force generation point parts, which are respectively formed at both end portions thereof and have projected areas of the same position when the axial force generation point parts are projected in the direction of the axial force, such that the rotating force is not generated when the axial force is introduced, and which are chamfered to be flat so as to come into surface contact with an object to be fastened.
