Abstract:
A split type belt module that is convenient to assemble and maintain, comprising: a speed reducer (1), a cylinder body (6), an adapter plate (2), a synchronous belt (10), synchronous wheels (9), a first fixing seat (3), and a second fixing seat (4); the first fixing seat (3) and the second fixing seat (4) are provided at two ends of the cylinder body (6); the synchronous wheels (9) are provided in the first fixing seat (3) and the second fixing seat (4), respectively; the first fixing seat (3) and the second fixing seat (4) each comprise a left end seat (7) and a right end seat (8) which are oppositely disposed; a guide hole (19) and a first threaded hole (18) are provided in the first fixing seat (3) and second fixing seat (4) along the length direction of the cylinder body; a guide pin that is inserted into the guide hole (19) is provided at an end portion of the cylinder body (6); and a tensioning adjusting stud that points toward the end portion of the cylinder body is provided in the first threaded hole (18). By means of the foregoing, the first fixing seat (3) and the second fixing seat (4) may be exchanged, thereby reducing maintenance costs and thus improving installation flexibility and ensuring assembly precision.
