Abstract:
A split-type cover plate, applicable to a door leaf mounting hinge (4). Both a cover plate (1) and a pressing plate (2) are plate-shaped as a whole. A plate surface of the cover plate (1) is provided with threaded holes (101). A plate surface of the pressing plate (2) is provided with through holes (201). A side of the plate surface of the pressing plate (2) is provided with a step (202). The positions and number of the threaded holes (101) on the cover plate (1) correspond to the positions and number of the through holes (201) on the pressing plate (2). The plate surface of the cover plate (1) is provided with the threaded holes (101). The plate surface of the pressing plate (2) is provided with the through holes (201), and a side edge of the plate surface is provided with a step. During a process in which the cover plate (1) and the pressing plate (2) are combined, the threaded holes (101) correspond to the through holes (201); the cover plate (1) is firstly placed in a slot of a profile, and the plate surface of the cover plate (1) abuts the plate surface of the pressing plate (2) at an inner step surface; a screw passes through the hinge (4) and the pressing plate (2), and is screwed into the cover plate (1), such that the cover plate (1) fits closely to the pressing plate (2) and moves upwards, thereby fixing the hinge (4) to the profile. During the mounting of a hinge on an aluminum profile door, the split-type cover plate eliminates the need to place the cover plate in a mounting slot of an aluminum profile before mounting a door leaf and a door frame. The invention is easy to manufacture and mount, and has an appropriate structure.
