Abstract:
Disclosed is a split-type electric vehicle rear axle, comprising a differential case (1), axle tubes (2) installed at a left end and a right end of the differential case (1), and half axles (3) arranged in the axle tubes (2) in a penetrating manner. The differential case (1) and the two axle tubes (2) are of a split-type structure, a flange plate (4) is arranged at one end, close to the differential case (1), outside each axle tube (2), the flange plate (4) is in a fastening connection with the differential case (1), bearings (5) are arranged at two ends in each axle tube (2), a ball bearing (501) is arranged at one end, away from the differential case (1), in each axle tube (2), an elastic bearing (502) is arranged at one end, close to the differential case (1), in each axle tube (2), and inner ends of the half axles (3) penetrate the ball bearings (501), extend into the axle tubes (2), penetrate the elastic bearings (502), and are connected to the differential case (1). The axle tubes (2) and the differential case (1) are in a fastening connection by means of bolt keying to form the split-type electric vehicle rear axle, and the ball bearings (501) and the elastic bearings (502) are used between the axle tubes (2) and the half axles (3) to cope with an increased unbalanced radial force, and the coaxiality of the axle tubes (2) and the half axles (3) is improved.
