Abstract:
A split type helical coil double-pipe heat exchanger, comprising several helical coil heat exchange double-pipe structures. The several helical coil heat exchange double-pipe structures are all fixed on a supporting mechanism, and adjacent helical coil heat exchange double-pipe structures are connected by means of a pipe fitting structure; each helical coil heat exchange double-pipe structure is formed of several layers of helically coiled heat exchange double pipes; the heat exchange double pipes are inclined, and comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe jacketed coaxially outside the inner pipe; an inner pipe inlet pipe (5) is connected on the inner pipe, and an outer pipe inlet pipe (7) is connected on the outer pipe; the inner pipe is formed by several inner straight pipes (1) connected by several inner 90° elbows (3), and the outer pipe is formed by several outer straight pipes connected by several outer 90° elbows (4). The present invention solves the problem of difficult cleaning and maintenance in heat exchange of fluids containing solid, salt, organic matter, etc., which are prone to scaling and blocking, under high temperature and high pressure conditions, thereby ensuring the long-term, stable and safe operation of the heat exchanger.
