Abstract:
This invention is about a sports equipment (1), the equipment could allow the user to pedal above the heart level, to work out his/her leg, core, waist and back muscles, providing a separate adjustment for each muscle group, basically this spots equipment has a seating area (3) that a user can sit on, a pack board area (4) to support the user's upper body, a pedalling apparatus for user to pedal above the heart level, allowing the user to change the movement's diameter and axis without interrupting his/her work out, with an adjustment for height and for the distance to the user, and applying a counter force against the user's force, a lever (27), changing the angle and the height of the user's upper body and providing a support for the user's body with the same ratio by not disrupting the user's exercise, arm exercising apparatus (5) which could move by providing a triaxial orbit movement depending on the user's own shoulder width.
