Abstract:
In the present invention, a spot welding section analysis method has the following steps: a step for acquiring burr elements serving as spot welding sections; a step for extracting, from the acquired burr elements, other burr elements near a targeted target burr element; a step for determining whether, from among extracted burr elements, there is a burr element sharing the same endpoint as the target burr element; a step, in a case where it was determined that there is a burr element sharing the same endpoint as the target burr element, for determining that the target burr element and the burr element sharing the same endpoint as the target burr element are a three-layer stacked spot welding section; and a step, in a case where it has been determined that there is no burr element sharing the same endpoint as the target burr element, for determining whether there is, from among extracted burr elements, a burr element for which the inter-element distance with the target burr element is within a prescribed distance, and in a case where it has been determined that there is no burr element within the prescribed distance, for making the determination that the target burr element and the extracted burr element are not a three-layer stacked spot welding section.
