A film-shaped spouting nozzle whereby the risk of dripping of a liquid packaged item from a distal-end opening of the spouting nozzle when discharge of the packaged item is stopped can be adequately eliminated, and unexpected leakage of the packaged item can be effectively prevented even in such cases as when a packaging bag body tips over, the spouting nozzle characterized in that a spouting passage is partitioned and formed in a center part by heat-fusing a peripheral edge part excluding a proximal-end portion in a state in which layered films having a layered structure of three or more layers are superposed on a front and back, the spouting nozzle has a press-molded part in a position separated 1-4 mm toward a proximal-end part from the expected opening position of a distal-end opening formed across the spouting passage, the layered films on the front and back sealing each other in a width of 0.5-5.0 mm in the discharge direction of the packaged item and parallel to the expected opening position, and the press-molded part is a seal valve for causing the front and back layered films to separate from each other in accordance with the liquid pressure of the liquid packaged item flowing in from toward the packaging bag body and opening the spouting passage.
