Abstract:
A spray arm assembly (100B) for a dishwasher, and a dishwasher having same. The spray arm assembly (100B) comprises: a spray arm base (10B); a spray arm main body (20B), said spray arm main body (20B) rotating about the central axis of the spray arm base (10B); a first spray arm auxiliary body (30B), said first spray arm auxiliary body (30B) rotating about the central axis of a first spray arm auxiliary body spindle (33B); a second spray arm auxiliary body (40B), said second spray arm auxiliary body (40B) rotating about the central axis of a second spray arm auxiliary body spindle (42B), and the second spray arm auxiliary body (40B) comprising two spray arms that are symmetrically arranged, the path of movement of first spray holes and of second spray holes overlapping to create a washing area that is substantially square-shaped; and a gear assembly (50B), said gear assembly (50B) driving the spray arm main body (20B) and the spray arm auxiliary body to rotate.
