Abstract:
A spray cooling device (100) for performing spray cooling on a machining blade comprises a fixing mechanism (20), at least one spraying member (30), and a liquid outlet pipe (50). The fixing mechanism (20) comprises a fixing member (21) and a sealing member (22). The fixing member (21) comprises a body (211), an accommodation slot (212), and a liquid outlet end portion (213). The body (211) is connected to a machining device. The accommodation slot (212) is arranged on the body (211). A bottom surface of the accommodation slot (212) is provided with at least one output hole (2121) running therethrough. The liquid outlet end portion (213) is provided with a liquid outlet hole (2131) running therethrough. The liquid outlet hole (2131) is in communication with the accommodation slot (212). The sealing member (22) is disposed on the body (211). Each spraying member (30) comprises a connecting pipe (31) and a spray nozzle (32). One end of the connecting pipe (31) is disposed on the body (211) and communicates with a corresponding output hole (2121). The spray nozzle (32) is disposed on the connecting pipe (31), and is aimed at the machining blade. The liquid outlet pipe (50) is in communication with the liquid outlet hole (2131). The liquid outlet pipe (50) outputs a cooling liquid to the accommodation slot (212) via the liquid outlet hole (2131),. The cooling liquid in the accommodation slot (212) passes through the connecting pipe (31) of each spray member (30), and is sprayed towards the processing blade via the spray nozzle (32). The spray cooling device (100) is not prone to misalignment.
