A very convenient spray device able to spray a spraying material to all the locations on a human body, and spray a spraying material over a wide range at a time. The device comprises a container (8) provided in a housing (6) and storing a specified electrolyte solution, a diaphragm-free electrolytic tank (29) that has inactive electrodes facing each other with no diaphragm therebetween and electrolyzes supplied electrolyte solution by switching several times the polarity of power supplied to these inactive electrodes at specified intervals to produce mixed electrolyte of cathode-side electrolyte and anode-side electrolyte, a supply mechanism for supplying electrolyte solution in the container to the diaphragm-free electrolytic tank, and a spry unit (4) for spraying to the outside of the housing mixed electrolyte produced in the diaphragm-free electrolytic tank while vibrating it by ultrasonic vibration, wherein three or more inactive electrodes are provided in the diaphragm-free electrolytic tank, and at least one of the electrodes electrolyzes electrolyte solution using the opposite sides thereof.
