Abstract:
The present invention relates to a spray-free polypropylene composite material, which is made by using the following method: using polyethylene wax to modify an aluminum material; mixing raw materials uniformly; performing melting and extrusion; cooling with circulating water; and pelletizing to obtain a finished product, the aluminum material comprising a sheet aluminum material and a spherical aluminum material. According to the present invention, the metallic luster of the material is improved by means of the combined use of aluminum powder in various shapes such as sheet and sphere, and a better and more brilliant color is given to the material. Moreover, surface treatment is performed on the aluminum material by using the polyethylene wax to make the dispersion and contact of the aluminum material in the polypropylene material better, thereby improving the metallic luster and mechanical properties of the material. In addition, there is no gas mark, flow mark and weld line on the surface of the part prepared by the present invention, and the problem of material delamination is mitigated.
