Abstract:
A spray head movement apparatus, and an automatic coating device provided with the spray head movement apparatus. The spray head movement apparatus comprises gear motors (47, 47'), connecting rods (29, 29') and cams (45, 45'). A spray head comprises a nozzle (11) and a manifold (32). One end of each connecting rod (29, 29') is connected to one of the cams (45, 45'), the other end of each connecting rod (29, 29') is connected to the manifold (32), the gear motors (47, 47') are matched with the cams (45, 45'), the gear motors (47, 47') rotate the cams (45, 45'), and the manifold (32) and the nozzle (11) are driven to perform a specific vertical or horizontal movement by the connecting rods (29, 29') connected to the cams (45, 45'). The spray head movement apparatus and the automatic coating device provided with the spray head movement apparatus move in the horizontal or vertical direction, thereby ensuring uniform coating of a predetermined solution.
