Abstract:
A spray-type pelletizing apparatus for magnetic powder production, comprising a forming cylinder (1) and a vibration sorting screen (2) provided below the forming cylinder. A discharge port (3) is provided at the lower end of the forming cylinder. The discharge port is connected to the vibration sorting screen. A hot air pipe (4) is provided on the upper portion of the forming cylinder. A pipe opening of the hot air pipe is provided to face downward. A spray gun (5) is provided below the hot air pipe with the forming cylinder, and an opening of the spray gun is provided to face upward. The pelletizing apparatus further comprises a slurry pool (6) and a pressure pump (7). The pressure pump pumps slurry to the spray gun to spray the slurry out. High-temperature air blown out by the hot air pipe makes water in the slurry quickly evaporate to implement pelletizing. Such a spray-type pelletizing mode improves the pelletizing efficiency and reduces production costs, thereby improving economic efficiency.
