Title:
SPRAYABLE PHOTOLITHOGRAPHY COLOR INK
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/209049
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sprayable photolithography color ink for performing color printing on the back side of a display window and the inner surface of a back cover, comprising: 10-20 wt% of a photobinder; 1-5 wt% of a photoinitiator; 5-15 wt% of monomers and oligomers combined; 0.1-3 wt% of an additive; 0.1-15 wt% of a pigment; 10-25 wt% of a thermoplastic resin; 0.2-5 wt% of a thermosetting agent; and 25-60 wt% of a solvent, wherein the additive is a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid consisting of a carboxyl group and an even number of carbon atoms in the range of 12-24. By containing both a thermosetting ink and a photosensitive component, according to the present invention, there is an effect of simultaneously obtaining a pattern formation through an exposure-development process as well as reliability and color implementability of the thermosetting ink. The present invention can form patterns via photolithography and also, can be applied by a spray process, and thus can perform printing on surfaces of any shape, including three-dimensional surfaces, consequently increasing process efficiency and reducing process cost. In particular, the sprayable photolithography color ink of the present invention may be used to provide a novel ink composition which is not too different from a conventional thermosetting ink composition in terms of the composition yet has photosensitive properties enabling photolithography and thus can perform precise printing.
