Abstract:
A sprayed-coating formation method equipped with: a step for preparing a spray target member having a surface in which one end of a plurality of holes opens; a step for preparing a plurality of masking pins comprising a metal; an insertion step for inserting the plurality of masking pins into the plurality of holes in a manner such that one part of each of the masking pins projects from the surface; an adhesive application step for applying an adhesive for affixing the masking pins in the holes to the holes and/or to the masking pins; a spraying step for forming a ceramic layer comprising a ceramic material on the surface of the spray target member by spraying, while the masking pins are affixed in the holes by the adhesive; and a removal step for removing the masking pins from the holes after the spraying step.
