The invention also relates to a device (50) and a method for at least partially coating food parts, more particularly meat and fish parts, with a liquid consumable medium, wherein the device is provided with a housing (51) with a spraying space (52); a belt conveyor (53) for food parts; a spray nozzle (54) and a collecting receptacle (56) lying under the spray nozzle.
