Abstract:
A spraying device, for use in a liquid crystal display manufacturing process. The spraying device is disposed in a spraying chamber, and comprises an upper frame (1), a connection frame (2), an eccentric wheel (3), and a motor (4). The eccentric wheel (3) comprises a central hole (32), multiple eccentric holes (33) and a connection rod (34); the central hole (32) is fixedly connected to the eccentric wheel (3); the eccentric holes (33) are provided on the eccentric wheel (3); the connection rod (34) is fixedly mounted on the eccentric hole (33); a rocker bar (5) is sleeved on the connection rod (34) to implement rotatable connection; the motor (4) drives the eccentric wheel (3) to rotate; the connection rod (34) rotates along with the eccentric wheel (3) to drive the rocker bar (5) to achieve reciprocating movement of the upper frame (1). By means of the configurations, according to the spraying device, the spraying frame is driven to perform reciprocating movement for spraying, and the spraying frame can swing at different amplitudes in a range of 30°-60°, so that uneven spraying of a substrate caused by an individual nozzle being clogged can be effectively avoided, thereby ensuring even spraying of the substrate, reducing spraying deviation, and improving the manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
