Abstract:
A spraying device, comprising a spraying stator assembly and a spraying rotor actuator. The spraying stator assembly comprises a cylindrical spraying stator (2), an air inlet connector (3), and a water supply connector (4); the spraying rotor actuator comprises a spraying rotor axial core (9), a spraying rotor lower cavity (8), atomizing nozzles (5), and right-angled air spray connectors (7); a first end of the spraying stator is fixedly connected to an external mechanism; the spraying rotor axial core is sleeved in the spraying stator; the spraying rotor axial core is fixedly connected to the spraying rotor lower cavity at a second end of the spraying stator; the atomizing nozzles and the air spray connectors are fixed on the side surface of the spraying rotor lower cavity; the air inlet connector and the water supply connector are arranged on the side surface of the spraying stator, the air inlet connector is connected to the air spray connectors by means of air inlet pipelines, and the water supply connector is connected to the atomizing nozzles by means of liquid inlet pipelines. According to the spraying device, separation of air and liquid can be achieved by means of the air inlet pipelines and the liquid inlet pipelines in the spraying rotor axial core, and mist disturbance is achieved by spraying air while spraying mist; moreover, rotary spraying can be achieved, and mist spreading is accelerated.
