Abstract:
A spraying and printing system for wall surfaces and a spraying method, the spraying method comprising: A, using inputted graphic parameters of a spray pattern to calculate, on a pre-plotted area to be sprayed, each orthographic projection coordinate point of the spray pattern on the area to be sprayed; B, establishing a corresponding relationship between each orthographic projection coordinate point and the corresponding spraying characteristic data, and plotting a spraying path by using all orthographic projection coordinate points and the corresponding spraying characteristic data; C, controlling a nozzle (100) to sequentially move to the corresponding positions of the area to be sprayed according to the spraying path, calling the spraying characteristic data corresponding to each coordinate point and controlling the nozzle (100) on the basis of the spraying characteristic data to spray coating materials so as to complete the spraying of the pattern. Wall advertisements can be quickly sprayed and printed by means of the system, the printed pattern being realistic and the error being small. Compared with the existing wall spraying schemes, the system is simple and easy, has a low construction cost, and greatly reduces the labor intensity and construction difficulty of construction workers, making it possible to achieve a huge wall advertisement.
