Abstract:
Provided is a spring connector capable of facilitating stabilized lateral pressure for pressing a pin toward a tube inner wall. This spring connector comprises: a conductive tube; a conductive pin freely slidable in the conductive tube; and a coil spring that is installed in the tube and that biases the pin in a direction of projecting from the tube. The coil spring has a sparsely wound part and a densely wound part positioned on an end side of the sparsely wound part and engaged with the pin. The diameter of the densely wound part is smaller than that of the sparsely wound part, and the center axis of the densely wound part is offset from the center axis of the sparsely wound part. Thus, the lateral pressure for pressing the pin toward the inner wall of the tube can be generated substantially constantly.
