Abstract:
A spring of heat resistant alloy improved in the settling resistance at high temperatures such as 650&ring C or over. Aging treatment is followed by heating loading treatment wherein the state of application of given stress is retained at given temperature for a given period of time so as to realize a compressive residual stress of 300 MPa or greater in the direction of spring wire axis.
