Abstract:
The present invention is directed to provide a mattress which includes a heating unit in an enclosed space thereof to quickly heat the enclosed interior space of the mattress to a certain temperature and replacement main parts that are assembled in a separable box form to facilitate the maintenance service. To this end, the present invention comprises: a casing which has a storage receptacle inside thereof, an outwardly protruded connector formed on the rear side and primary air intakes formed on both sides, respectively, in one unit, with the casing being secured to the inner surface of the front side of the mattress in such a manner as to open the storage receptacle to the outside; a maintenance box which has main parts, such as a PTC heater, a blowing fan and a controller, built therein, with the main parts being separable at the same time as one unit when the maintenance box is separated or coupled to the storage receptacle of the casing, thereby facilitating the maintenance work; an air leader pipe which has one end connected to the connector of the casing and the other end connected to a spring by means of a connecting ring and includes a hot air vent disposed at the inner rear surface of the mattress, with an air leader pipe being made from a flexible material to enable it to respond to the weight of a user without being interfered with the spring; and secondary air intakes formed at both sides of the maintenance box to be in line with the primary air intakes when the maintenance box is inserted into the casing, thereby circulating the hot air inside the maintenance box as well as inside the mattress.
