Abstract:
A spring operation mechanism for use with high-voltage circuit breakers: a closing and opening spring of an opening/closing spring module is arranged in a Y direction and is located at a left side of a large gear (11) in an X direction; a motor of an energy storage module is located at a bottom right side of the large gear in the X direction; a buffer module assumes a straight rod shape, and a direction from an oil cylinder (28.6) part at a tail portion thereof to a clamping fork (28.1) part, a head portion of which is used for connecting an output shaft module, forms an angle of 135° or close to 135° with the X direction; a hinge joint of the oil cylinder part at the tail portion of the buffer module and a base module is located at a right side of the large gear in the X direction; an electromagnet (16) of an opening and closing trip module is arranged at a top right side of the large gear in the X direction. The spring operation mechanism may be applied to a plurality of scenarios, such as vertical and horizontal operations and the like. Particularly in the case wherein a high-voltage breaker is three-phased and arranged in columns while space is limited, installation, debugging, and maintenance of the spring operation mechanism is convenient.
