Abstract:
In the main body (10) of the spring (1), the tangent U on the side of the main body (10) of a first angle (13) has a prescribed angle θ1 with respect to a line H connecting the inside perimeter and the outside perimeter of the main body (10). The perpendicular component of the load at the first angle (13) is thereby smaller in the spring (1) compared to the perpendicular component of a spring of a comparative example wherein the inside perimeter and the outside perimeter of the main body are connected in a straight line. Because it is therefore possible to reduce the bending moment generated counterclockwise at the first angle (13), the stress generated there can be reduced. As a result of this, local deformation of portions near the first angle (13) in the main body (10) can be inhibited. Such effects can also be obtained similarly at the second angle (14). As a result of this, it is of course possible to prevent the occurrence of hysteresis from the load characteristics, but it is also possible to increase generated load.
