Abstract:
A springback puller having an arched flexible piece, comprising a puller base (1), a pull tab (2) and an arched flexible piece (3). The pull tab (2) comprises a left and right arm portion (22) and a shaft portion (23); the left and right arm portion (22) is provided with a triangular side wing (24) to effectively limit the maximum pulling height of the pull tab (2). The shaft portion (23) of the pull tab (2) comprises a circular shaft section (23a) and a deviated shaft section (23b), and the deviated shaft section (23b) is fastened by the arched flexible piece (3). When the pull tab (2) is parallel to an upper wing panel (11), a stopping jaw portion (31) of the arched flexible piece (3) stretches into a sprocket guiding channel (14) so as to achieve automatic stopping. When the pull tab (2) is pulled up, the stopping jaw portion (31) of the arched flexible piece (3) is lifted to the upper wing panel (11), and the puller may slide normally. When the pull tab (2) is pulled to be perpendicular to the upper wing panel (11), the acting force between the arched flexible piece (3) and the deviated shaft section (23b) enables the pull tab (2) to spring back automatically, and automatic locking may be achieved after springback. The described springback puller having the arched flexible piece has a simple structure, is easy to operate and has a high safety performance.
