Abstract:
A springback variation cause analysis method according to the present invention includes: steps (S1, S3) for calculating stress distributions at a press-forming bottom dead center under a first press-forming condition and a second press-forming condition that are set in advance; a step (S5) for calculating a stress difference distribution that is the difference between the stress distributions under the first press-forming condition and the second press-forming condition and for setting the stress difference distribution in a press forming part at the press-forming bottom dead center; a step (S9) for changing the value of a stress difference at a section of the press forming part in which the stress difference distribution is set; a step (S11) for calculating springback of the press forming part where the value of the stress difference is changed; and a step (S13) for analysing a portion that is a cause of variation in the springback due to dispersion of the press-forming conditions, on the basis of the springback calculated by changing the stress difference.
