Title:
SPUNBONDED NONWOVEN FABRIC LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/070518
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a spunbonded nonwoven fabric which is not deteriorated in stretchability that is a characteristic property of spunbonded nonwoven fabrics each containing a low-crystalline polypropylene and which has excellent flexibility, tactile sensation, moldability and productivity. The present invention provides a spunbonded nonwoven fabric laminate which is characterized in that a stretchable spunbonded nonwoven fabric having a maximum elongation under load of 50% or more as measured in at least one direction is laminated on at least one surface of an elastic nonwoven fabric that contains a low-crystalline polypropylene fulfilling all of the following requirements (a) to (f): (a) [mmmm] = 20-60 mol%; (b) [rrrr]/(1-[mmmm]) ≤ 0.1; (c) [rmrm] > 2.5mol%; (d) [mm]×[rr]/[mr]2 ≤ 2.0; (e) mass average molecular weight (Mw) = 10,000-200,000; and (f) molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) < 4.
