Abstract:
The present application provides a square case, comprising a temperature-equalizing heat dissipation cavity, a cover plate and a bottom plate, the temperature-equalizing heat dissipation cavity being in a cuboid shape and comprising four chambers, namely, a first chamber, a second chamber, a third chamber and a fourth chamber, and the four chambers being connected to but not communicating with each other. The first chamber and the second chamber are opposite to each other and both contain a heat transfer working medium sealed therein. The third chamber and the fourth chamber are opposite to each other and communicate with the outside. The cover plate and the bottom plate are arranged at two ends of the temperature-equalizing heat dissipation cavity respectively and connected to the temperature-equalizing heat dissipation cavity so as to form the square case. A square battery comprises a battery cell, an electrolyte and said square case, the cover plate and the bottom plate respectively blocking the two ends of the temperature-equalizing heat dissipation cavity, and the battery cell being arranged in the cavity of the square case and being connected to polarity terminals on the cover plate.
