Abstract:

[PROBLEMS] A square-shaped drawn container and method of molding the container, in which deflection at a can bottom can be prevented by a simple method. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The square-shaped drawn container has a polygon-shaped bottom panel section (2) and a polygonal tube-shaped trunk section (3). A projection bead (5) is provided on the bottom panel section (2), at a portion near at least one of rounded sections (4) at the sides of the bottom of the trunk section (3), and the projection bead (5) extends parallel to and spaced a predetermined interval from the at least one rounded section (4). The bottom panel section (2) has a rectangle shape, and beads (5) are arranged along the pair of rounded sections (4) of the long sides.
