Abstract:
A squarely arranged hybrid direct current circuit breaker valve structure, consisting of an on-state branch, a current-limiting branch and an energy-consuming branch. The on-state branch is a square on-state branch valve tower composed of layered tower-type rapid switches and an on-state valve layer located at the bottommost layer, the current-limiting branch is a square valve tower composed of layered power device valve stacks, and the energy-consuming branch is a square energy-consuming branch tower composed of lightning arresters. The three valve towers are shared on the side length or width direction, thereby enabling the whole of the hybrid circuit breaker to have a specified square valve tower structure, which advantageously reduces the volume of the valve towers, decreases the occupied area, and facilitates wiring arrangements. In addition, the valve towers conveniently implement both suspending and supporting valve hall arrangement solutions.
