Abstract:
[Problem] A squeezable container in which contents do not remain in a spout plug. [Solution] A squeezable container is provided with: an outer container (1) for forming the outer appearance of the container, and having a mouth/neck section (1a); and an inner container (2) for discharging the contents filling the interior of the inner container through the spout plug (3) mounted to the mouth/neck section (1a) when the volume of the inner container is reduced by squeezing the body section of the outer container, and positioned on the inside of the outer container (1). During the recovery stage of the body section of the outer container, which accompanies the squeezing, the squeezable container introduces outside air between the outer container and the inner container via an opening formed in the outer container. Therein: the shared space between a mouth/neck section (2a) of the inner container (2) and the spout hole (3c) of the spout plug (3) is provided with a partition (4) for blocking a connection between the mouth/neck section (2a) and the spout hole (3c); the partition (4) is provided with a gate (4c) for discharging the contents; a valve body (5) enabling the discharging of the contents by opening the gate (4c) using the pressure which accompanies squeezing of the body section of the outer container is positioned on the gate (4c); the partition (4) has an opening (6a) that passes through the partition (4); and a suck-back storage chamber (6) is provided for collecting and storing residual contents present in the shared space between the spout hole (3) and the partition (4), during the recovery stage of the body section of the outer container which accompanies the squeezing. The storage chamber (6) is configured from a storage-chamber body (6b) for forming a residual-contents storage cavity (M), and a slider (6c) for moving inside the storage cavity (M) toward and away from the opening (6a).
