Title:
SQUEEZABLE COSMETIC CONTAINER HAVING PUFF INTEGRATED THEREWITH
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/034251
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a squeezable cosmetic container having a puff integrated therewith and, more specifically, to a squeezable cosmetic container having a puff integrated therewith, which eliminates the need to shake the container in order to use the contents of the container because the contents are uniformly mixed and discharged by a mixing member, and allows a user to apply the contents while holding the container body with his/her hand, thereby conveniently making up his/her face because the contents are discharged through the puff integrated with the container at the same time the contents are squeezed out from the container body. The present invention provides a squeezable cosmetic container having a puff integrated therewith, the cosmetic container comprising: a container body (10) having a content receiving space (11); a mixing member storage section (20) coupled to the upper inner portion of the container body (10); a mixing member (30) mounted in the mixing member storage section (20); a valve body (40) positioned on the top of the mixing member storage section (20) and coupled to the container body (10); a check valve (50) coupled to the valve body (40); a puff support plate (60) positioned above the valve body 40 and coupled to the check valve (50); an elastic member (70) positioned between the valve body (40) and the puff support plate (60); and a puff (80) formed so as to surround the puff support plate (60). Further, the container body (10) according to the present invention has a second annular groove (13) which is formed at the upper end thereof and in which a second annular projection (23) of the mixing member storage section (20) is engaged. Further, the container body (10) according to the present invention has a first annular groove (12) which is formed at the upper end thereof and in which a first annular projection (42) of the valve body (40) is engaged. Further, the mixing member storage section (20) according to the present invention has a holding protrusion (21) which is formed in the bottom inner portion thereof and to which the mixing member (30) can be mounted, and the second annular projection (23) which is engaged in the second annular groove (13) of the container body (10). Further, the mixing member (30) according to the present invention preferably has a receiving groove (31) in which the lower end of the check valve (50) can be received. Further, the valve body (40) according to the present invention has a check valve receiving part (41) which is formed in the center thereof, the first annular projection (42) which is engaged in the first annular grove (12) of the container body (10), a stepped protrusion (43) which is formed in the lower portion of the check valve receiving part (41), and an upward extension part (44) which is formed on the side surface of the check valve receiving part (41). Further, the check valve (50) according to the present invention controls discharge of the contents from the container body (10), and has a communicating hole (53) formed in the side wall thereof, an engagement projection (52) formed at the upper end thereof, and a locking protrusion (53) formed at the lower end thereof. Further, the puff support plate (60) according to the present invention has a discharge port (61) formed in the center thereof and an engagement groove (62) formed below the discharge port (61). Further, the puff support plate (60) according to the present invention preferably has an elastic member receiving groove (63), an inner downward extension part (64), and an outer downward extension part (65). Further, the puff support plate (60) according to the present invention is preferably disk-shaped so as to be covered by the puff (80). Further, the puff (80) according to the present invention preferably has an opening (81) formed in the lower portion thereof so as be easily replaced.
