Abstract:
A squid viscera removal device (1) of the present invention comprises: a tray (20) on which a cut squid (2) is placed and set; a restraint mechanism (30) for restricting the flow of a mantle (2a) when removing viscera (2g) by pressurizing opposite sides of the mantle (2a) which spreads to opposite sides around the viscera (2g) against the cut squid (2) set on the tray (20); and a viscera extraction mechanism (40) for extracting the viscera (2g) from the mantle (2a) by including a pincer member (41) horizontally formed with a length corresponding to the length of the viscera (2g) to descend to be in contact with a surface of the mantle (2a) on both sides of the viscera (2g) while the pincer member is open, and then horizontally enter between the mantle (2a) and the viscera (2g), grasp a lower portion of the viscera (2g), and then rise upward so as to peel off the viscera (2g) from the mantle (2a) and remove same, a connection rod (42) connected to the pincer member (41), a support (43) on which the connection rod (42) is rotatably installed, a pincer actuator (44) installed on the connection rod (42) to perform the pincer operation of the pincer member (41), and lifting/lowering mechanisms (45, 50, and 70) for lifting/lowering the pincer member (41).
