Abstract:
Disclosed are a squirrel-cage rotor, an electric motor and a washing machine. The squirrel-cage rotor (100) comprises a rotor core (110), a squirrel-cage guide bar, and a squirrel-cage shorting ring (120). The rotor core (110) is provided with a rotor slot (111) running through the end face of the rotor core (110); the squirrel-cage guide bar is arranged in the rotor slot (111); and the squirrel-cage shorting ring (120) is arranged on the end face of the rotor core (110) and connected to the squirrel-cage guide bar. The height of the squirrel-cage shorting ring (120) in the axial direction of the rotor core (110) is H, the minimum internal diameter of the squirrel-cage shorting ring (120) is D1, the maximum external diameter is D2, where 7mm≤H≤14mm, and 0.53≤D1/D2≤0.78. The squirrel-cage rotor can not only meet the de-weighting requirement of dynamic balance, but can also meet the performance requirement of electric motors, moreover, the material cost is low, and the die-casting acceptability and the production efficiency are high.
