Abstract:
A stabilized metal monatomic layer structure is disclosed. The stabilized metal monatomic layer structure, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: at least one metal monatomic layer having a two-dimensional layered structure; and an organic molecule layer provided on at least one surface among the upper surface and lower surface of the metal monatomic layer.
