Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a stabilizer and a stabilization method for an emulsion composition obtained by emulsification with a nonionic surfactant. The problem is solved by providing: a stabilizer for an emulsion composition obtained by emulsification with a nonionic surfactant, the stabilizer containing glycosyl naringenin as an active ingredient; and a stabilization method for an emulsion composition obtained by emulsification with a nonionic surfactant, the method including a step in which the stabilizer containing glycosyl naringenin as an active ingredient is mixed with and/or incorporated into a raw material for the emulsion composition, an intermediate thereof, and/or the produced emulsion composition.
