Abstract:
A pharmaceutical composition of Mefatinib and a preparation method therefor; the pharmaceutical composition comprises Mefatinib and pharmaceutical auxiliary materials, the pharmaceutical auxiliary materials comprising a lubricant and a filler. The lubricant comprises magnesium stearate, and the filler comprises lactose and/or microcrystalline cellulose, thereby solving the problem of sticking during production and enabling the pharmaceutical composition to have good quality stability.
