Abstract:
A stable transformer, comprising a housing (1), a magnetic core (2), a coil, and copper sheets (4). The magnetic core is provided in the housing; the copper sheets are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the magnetic core; cooling fins (5) are provided at the two sides of the magnetic core; the cooling fins are mounted on a base (7); the base is mounted in the housing; an inner wall of the housing is provided with an insulating layer (6). The transformer is simple in structure and safe and convenient to use, and improves the heat radiation effect. The additionally provided copper sheets can effectively solve the problem of short circuit of the transformer and improves the stability; the additionally provided insulating layer improves the safety of the transformer during use.
