A stack type heat sink, according to the present invention, comprises: a post-shaped support; and a heat dissipation part consisting of a plurality of heat dissipation fins which are stacked in order in the longitudinal direction of the support, wherein the heat dissipation fin comprises: a plate-like main body which has a central hole formed therein to be inserted into the support; and a stepped portion formed in the main body for being coupled in a male-female manner with another heat dissipation fin which is stacked adjacently. Accordingly, since the stack type heat sink and a lamp module with the same applied thereto, according to the present invention, are configured such that the stepped portions formed inside the edges of the central holes of the heat dissipation fins, which are inserted into the post-shaped support to be stacked in order, are fitted into one another in a male-female connection manner of adjacent heat dissipation fins so that the heat dissipation fins are fixed on the support, the assembly structure of the heat sink is significantly simplified and it is possible to considerably reduce production costs of the heat sink compared to prior art.
