Title:
STACKED CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/026443
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Achieved is a structure of a stacked cell, which is capable of preventing occurrence of a short circuit at a broken part even in cases where a connection part of an electrode is broken by an impact applied thereto. The stacked cell comprises a negative electrode (46) and a positive electrode (41). The negative electrode (46) has a negative electrode main body (50) and a negative electrode lead (52). Meanwhile, the positive electrode (41) has a positive electrode main body (45) and a positive electrode lead (51). With respect to the negative electrode (46) and the positive electrode (41), the negative electrode main body (50) and the positive electrode main body (45) are laminated in the thickness direction such that the negative electrode lead (52) and the positive electrode lead (51) extend in opposite directions when viewed in plan. The positive electrode lead (51) is affixed to a positive electrode can. The positive electrode lead (51) is provided with a break point (X) at a position outside the negative electrode main body (50) when viewed in plan with the negative electrode (46) and the positive electrode (41) being laminated, said break point (X) being broken when an impact is applied to the negative electrode (46) and the positive electrode (41).
