Abstract:
A stacked junction-type bagged spring for manufacturing spring mattresses comprises coil springs (1) and cloth (2), an upper row of cloth bags (3) in an upper layer and a lower row of cloth bags (4) in a lower layer being formed by the cloth (2), and the coil springs (1) being separately accommodated in the upper row of cloth bags (3) and the lower row of cloth bags (4). A composite bagged spring mattress with different softness on two sides can be realized by combining the stacked junction-type bagged springs into a mattress, providing greater comfort for sleeping or sitting. In addition, the structure is simple and reasonable, soft springs and hard springs are well linked and fixed, displacement cannot occur, and the strength is high. Moreover, the two layers of the mattress do not require any adhesion process, so that glue is saved, the costs are reduced, and the spring mattress is more durable and environmentally-friendly.
