This stacked-type heat exchanger comprises a plurality of flow passage forming portions (20, P) that form flow passage portions (AP, RP, WP), and fins (10, 60, IF) bonded to the flow passage forming portion using an adhesive (G). The fins are formed with a wave shape, and are formed by alternately arranging a plurality of tip end portions (11, 61), to be bonded to the flow passage forming portion, and extended portions (12, 62) which extend so as to connect the tip end portions that are adjacent to one another. At least a portion of each tip end portion is in direct contact with the flow passage forming portion without the interposition of the adhesive. Alternatively, at least a portion of each tip end portion is in contact with the flow passage forming portion with a thin film of the adhesive interposed therebetween, and the flow passage forming portion has a bonding surface (21, 22) to which the tip end portion is bonded. The bonding surface extends in the shape of a planar surface, and includes guide grooves (70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75) for guiding the adhesive to parts where the flow passage forming portion and the fins are to be bonded. The guide grooves guide the adhesive to the periphery of parts of the tip end portions that come into contact with the flow passage forming portion with the thin film of adhesive interposed therebetween.
